When I showed proof of my attempts, they went silent again. I had to hire another handyman who corrected the mistakes, but the company insisted I should have waited for their response. They promise a reply within 48 hours, yet it took them a week. This has been the worst service I've ever encountered, and I've now involved my lawyer due to their refusal to take responsibility. I truly hope they feel ashamed of their actions.
