I have requested a cab ride with a big box to the airport. My flight got moved and I don’t need their service anymore. I canceled within 24h of booking my van. They won’t give me my bond back and compare it to- if you purchased a ticket for a train or a flight and you miss it, you wouldn’t get your money back either. Bear in mind, my date of service was 2 weeks ahead. Super bad cancelation policy- would never use them again or recommend it to anyone
