Nearly impossible to navigate

A common issue is the overwhelming number of ads that cannot be closed, completely hindering app usage. The only way I can access it is by deleting and reinstalling, which allows me a fleeting moment of functionality before the pop-up ads reappear and freeze the app. I always take screenshots of my initial findings, knowing I won't be able to return to them. For now, I’ve avoided subscribing.

Significant decline in quality

The free version used to be excellent, but now it's become nearly unusable. The ads can’t be closed after a few seconds like before, rendering it useless when you need quick information.

Good until ads were introduced

It was once good, but the ads have ruined it. It can take several minutes to bypass the advertisements. This is not ideal for users needing timely information, especially vulnerable individuals trying to get home. I just uninstalled it after waiting through an endless ad, and I would never consider paying for an ad-free experience given how exasperating it is. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Regret downloading this app

I downloaded the app thinking it would be helpful, but it turned out to be useless. After a few days on the free trial, I canceled the yearly subscription, but they still charged my account. When I requested a refund, they told me to contact the platform, and since then, I’ve been bounced back and forth between the service and them. I'm still waiting for my refund.
