Complete disappointment

It's absolute garbage. With 25 years of IT experience, I couldn't extract any useful information. It bombards you with endless ads, which seems to be the only priority for the developers. I've given up trying to find a functional tram timetable; I’ll just show up at the stop and hope for the best.

Terrible application

It's an awful app. I spent literally 5 minutes dealing with ads! It's frustrating and fails to provide accurate information.

Do not use it

Do not use it - total rip off - booked a train fare to Venice- QR code does not work- link to download tickets comes back as error and have never received email confirmation, but credit card was charged.Cannot believe google recommends it.Stay clear away from it!!

Terrible app & cannot cancel

Terrible app. Totally inaccurate transportation information. AND won't let me cancel the subscription. Have followed all of their info on cancellation and doesn't work. And my repeated emails to them demanding cancellation result in no action. AVOID.

Took £17.99 from my bank when I just wanted a 7 day trial

I recently signed up for a seven day trial but for some reason it took £17.99 out of my bank account four year’s subscription which I did not want.I have tried to contact someone via Instagram and also on Facebook messenger but no one has replied.I am very unhappy about this.UPDATE: after contacting Apple as I used Apple Pay I have managed to get a refund but have still had no correspondence or reply from Moovit.

Stop using predatory tactics

Come on, Moovit, step up, and stop using predatory tactics, like charging me twice at two different times for a subscription I didn't sign up for (Nov 21 for $11.99, and Mar 13 for $7.99). What's wrong with you guys? I reported your fraudulent charges to my Bank.
