We arranged with Amazon to return the furniture we bought. One of the sides had no holes drilled for the dowls on either end. There were just drill bit marks in all four locations.On the other pieces, the dowl holes were of varying depth. In some cases, only about 4-6 mm of the dowel was sticking out. In other cases, only 6 to 8mm went into the hole. I could not be sure that on every piece the dowel would be long enough to adequately connect the two pieces.Mopio customer support is pathetic. I went to the chat site listed in the instruction manual on Tuesday at about noon Pacific Time. After interacting with an automated chat, I was informed that no one was online to assist with my issue. At about noon on Wednesday, I got an email from customer service to say that they hoped my issue was resolved.As it is, I have wasted at least two hours of my time unpacking the parts, starting the assembly and then disassembling and re-packing the parts.
