I recently bought a blue sectional sofa from the company. The website was easy to navigate for placing my order, and my package arrived swiftly within just a few days. Since it was a large modular section, my six boxes arrived over a two-day span. The couch is of excellent quality, and I appreciate the storage features it offers. I did decide to exchange one of the pieces, as I initially ordered an ottoman but wanted to switch it for another modular sectional piece. The representative in their customer care department was extremely helpful, providing support via email and phone. I successfully returned the ottoman for a full refund (with pre-paid shipping courtesy of the company) and ordered an additional sectional piece.
I just placed an order where the wrong address populated on the order. They were able to update it the following day.Just be advised that when you first reach out via chat they use a strict script and forward all issues to another department so you won’t get any immediate help.Quality of the furniture is great though.
My order was correct when it showed up and shipped quicker than I expected. I ordered the couch on a Friday and it showed up the following Wednesday. The couch was easy to set up. It'll take you 20-30 minutes to figure out the first piece, then the rest of them take 10-15 minutes each to put together. Give the cushions 1 - 2 days to fully rise after being vacuum packed. They're not the cushiest of cushions, but I'm happy with them overall.

Purchased the Logan Dining Bench, Logan Dining Chair and Logan 91" Dining Table. Loving it so much!Love the dining table set I got from Mopio! The price is so worth it for the solid wood quality and design details. Looks similar to others from Crate & Barrel and Pottery Barn that I was eyeing but at a fraction wowww It's also the perfect size for our space and family. Table came in perfect condition and was easy to put together. So happy we found this table. The upholstered dining chairs are soooo comfortable! They material feels more comfy that expected and sits perfectly with the dining table I bought from the same seller. The legs are made of solid wood and not plastic like the previous chairs I got so it feels much sturdier! It is slightly pricey for Amazon’s standard but the quality is worth it! I also love the dining bench - It is extremely sturdy and I can remove the covers of the bench easily to wash. My family came over for dinner over the weekend and commented how my dining set is the centerpiece of my home. Highly recommend this purchase!
