This is the most inflexible company I've encountered. I wouldn't recommend them at all. Even as a long-term customer, they showed no willingness to accommodate my situation. I canceled my contract at the end of July and was told I was a day late, so I would be charged the full amount despite moving out of the country and never using the ticket. I contested the charge with my bank, which was reversed, but now they are threatening collections. Good riddance!
