Untrustworthy service

Untrustworthy service; I set a cancellation reminder only to receive an email stating it was too late to cancel. What a clever tactic to notify me after the deadline! Now I'm left paying for a ticket I cannot use.

Completely untrustworthy company

This company is completely untrustworthy. I set a reminder to cancel on the 31st, only to find an email stating that it was already too late to cancel. What a clever strategy to send a reminder after the deadline! Now I'm stuck paying for a ticket I can't use.

An example of inhumane bureaucracy

This company shows a complete lack of concern for its customers, demonstrating no sense of fairness or empathy. I've dealt with many subscription services, but none have been as inflexible and unnecessarily stressful as this one. I left the country at the end of November and couldn't use the service in December. I contacted the support team immediately with proof of my departure, yet I was told I had to pay for a service I never used because I missed the cancellation deadline by just one day. Many companies would handle such situations with fairness, especially when the service was unused and proof was provided. Instead, this company exhibited zero flexibility and goodwill, even threatening legal action over a minor amount. Customer service should involve judgment, not strict enforcement. Their approach felt harsh and unempathetic. If you value humane treatment, be cautious, as this company offers none.

I adore this company

I adore this company! Their subscription is a fantastic solution to bureaucratic paperwork hassles. I'm pleased that the cancellation period extends to one day before the new month, and you can pause your subscription while traveling abroad. Many of my visiting friends also used this platform because it doesn't require city registration. I highly recommend it for all users.

The app made it easy for me as a non-resident

The app facilitated my access to the subscription as a non-resident without a local bank card. I successfully paused and canceled it when needed. The ability to cancel up until the last day of the month was crucial for me since I wasn't sure if I'd need it until July. Ticket inspectors always seemed friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

They take your money

They take your money. There was a payment issue on their end (all other transactions from my account were successful), which rendered the ticket invalid. I had to purchase a ticket from another vendor, and later I was bombarded with emails demanding payment, leading me to pay for two tickets due to their error.

Worked perfectly for me

It worked perfectly for me, and I appreciate that you can cancel the subscription a day before the month ends. I initially purchased it through another vendor and was charged for two months due to an early cancellation requirement. This company has a better policy.

Good for non-residents but confusing

It's great that you can purchase tickets through this app even if you're not a resident, but the interface for completely canceling the subscription is confusing. It took me two attempts; after the first, I thought I had canceled it, but I was billed again the following month after leaving the country. It felt like a waste of 49 euros. Cancelling shouldn't be so complicated. Also, you can't buy tickets for children through this app, as users must be 16 or older.
