Learning that fatigue can be another aspect of fibromyalgia's central sensitization and sometimes a 'false alarm' was transformative for me. I now treat both pain and fatigue similarly: I acknowledge them but continue with my day. By gradually increasing my activity level, I've realized I can accomplish much more than I thought, breaking the cycle of feeling terrible and doing nothing versus feeling better and overdoing it. By maintaining a steady activity level and taking breaks, I feel significantly better across all aspects (pain, fatigue, and insomnia) and have returned to a more engaged and joyful life. I'm incredibly thankful for this app and my coach for providing the insights needed to make this change. I highly recommend it!
