Trying to cancel my room booking for hours. On hold for 30mins then cut off. Wont let me do online because not recognising my email I booked with. Have spent 5 hours now trying to figure out how to cancel with someone. Email came back that there inbox is full.Thank you for your below response. I have since had my issues resolved and was very impressed on how quickly this was done. Once I found who to contact how quickly you responded and resolved .
