This has been by far one of the best decisions I've made for my body, mind, and general well-being.The thing I love most about MoreYoga is the brilliant, no-frills approach. You book your slot, you turn up, do some sweet, sweet yoga, and Bob's your uncle. There is absolutely nothing pretentious about it at all. The teachers are fantastic, and the community is chill. They also have a wide range of styles available, from more sweat-inducing classes like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Rocket, to more zen styles like Yin and Restorative. This means they are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.I feel the most flexible and alive waking up even on a dark winter's morning. I haven't felt this good in my body since I was a kid. My muscles are becoming toned, my lungs seem to have found a new level of breathing capacity, and I feel like I am surfing the waves of life with my body and mind functioning at their optimum potential.Finally, I love that you can use any MoreYoga studio across London.
