After selecting a car, we negotiated a deal that included a down payment and deposit. I completed all necessary paperwork and followed up with a phone call to confirm everything was set. I was assured that nothing else was needed Everything Was Approved and that we could return to finalize the purchase.However, when we arrived on 03/19/2025 to pick up the vehicle, the dealership completely changed the agreed-upon pricing and altered the financial terms of the deal. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic was both dishonest and frustrating. Not only did they lie about the finalized deal, but they also wasted two full days of my time.This experience has completely eroded my trust in Clearwater Nissan and, by extension, Morgan Auto Group. I expect your company to take this complaint seriously and address the deceptive practices occurring at this dealership. Customers should not have to endure such misleading and unethical behavior when making a major purchase.I would appreciate a formal response regarding how you plan to handle this matter.
