Received and email for Port Richey Honda to upgrade our 2024 Honda CRV lease with the only upfront cost to be the first months payment.
Went to the dealership and worked out a deal, based n a $4500 dealer incentive, on a 2026 CRV and was told that it had everything on it that our 2024 had. Signed the papers and paid the first months payment. After leaving the dealer ship discovered that it was not an AWD vehicle; the 2024 was an AWD. Contacted the dealership and returned it the next day, the 14th,as an AWD had to be part of it. They had one but were told that the $4500 dealer incentive did not apply. We were not happy as the monthly payment was considerably higher and the up front costs were several thousand dollars about the sticker price. Since we were told that the 2024 was no longer available didn't have much choice and agreed to lease it.
Several day later we discovered that we had a letter from the General Sales Leader, Alexander Morris, dealership stating that the $4500 dealership
incentive did apply to the CRV that we leased starting on the 13th.
Contacted the dealership and made an appointment to discuss the letter, At the appointment we were told , by the General Sales leader, that there was nothing they could do.
It is truly sad as this the 4th vehicle that we have purchased or leased, Overall, we have been very happy with he dealership and have advised friends and neighbors that it was a good place to purchase and service a vehicle.
Then they do this to us. It would appear the they do not really CARE!!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Clearwater Nissan and Salesperson Christopher BoanDear Morgan Auto Group Leadership Team,I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at Clearwater Nissan with salesperson Christopher Boan and the dealership’s sales team. The level of dishonesty and unprofessionalism I encountered has left me deeply dissatisfied, and I believe Morgan Auto Group should be made aware of these unethical business practices. On 03/18/2025, We visited Clearwater Nissan to purchase a vehicle. After selecting a car, we negotiated a deal that included a down payment and deposit. I completed all necessary paperwork and followed up with a phone call to confirm everything was set. I was assured that nothing else was needed Everything Was Approved and that we could return to finalize the purchase. However, when we arrived on 03/19/2025 to pick up the vehicle, the dealership completely changed the agreed-upon pricing and altered the financial terms of the deal. This blatant bait-and-switch tactic was both dishonest and frustrating. Not only did they lie about the finalized deal, but they also wasted two full days of my time. This experience has completely eroded my trust in Clearwater Nissan and, by extension, Morgan Auto Group. I expect your company to take this complaint seriously and address the deceptive practices occurring at this dealership. Customers should not have to endure such misleading and unethical behavior when making a major purchase.I would appreciate a formal response regarding how you plan to handle this matter.
Sat, Nov 2, 2024 around noon.My2021 Kia Sportage wouldn't start, but the dash warning lights flashed off & on. I thought it was a computer problem, but when I called Cape Coral Kia, I was told it was most likely the battery. I was then told that my battery was still under warranty and if I had it towed to the dealer the battery & towing was covered. I was then told to contact Kia Road Svc. They sent a pickup truck (not a tow truck) and the driver tested my battery and confirmed it was dead. He said the warranty would not cover him installing a new battery which he had with him. Kia Rd Svc then sent a tow truck and towed my Sportage to CCKia around 5 pm. I had scheduled their 1st available appointment for Mon 7am. On Monday, the Service Adviser told me the battery was NOT under warranty. I had to pay for the battery after waiting for my car Sat., Sun., and till 4:30 Mon. Had I not been lied to that the battery was under warrantee, I would have had the first truck driver install it and not have to wait the rest of Sat, all day Sun and most of Mon. Also, from every experience I've had with CC Kia, they have NEVER started working on my car for a minimum of 3 hrs. AFTER my appointment time. Please respond to me at: Virginia J, Cape Coral, FL
Due to malfunctions of a used 2020 nissan rogue purchased at Sun Toyota (owned by Morgan Auto Group) 7 months ago, I lost my 16 yr old healthy orange tabby...simply just devastated. I work remotely so the vehicle has only been driven locally for errands, etc.During hurricane Milton, I evacuated from Florida to Georgia with my Piper and another fur baby. I had them in their carriers and decided to pull over to let them out for a bit as they were crying and we had a long way to go. I blocked the front area of the car to be sure that they didn't interfere w/my driving. About 10 min back on the road, I felt a breeze from behind me. I turned my head back and that's where my nightmare began.Piper had stepped on the window button, it came all the way down; he was leaning out. I immediately pulled over. I attempted to open my drivers side door; the handle breaks. I had to roll down my window to open up the door from the outside. I quickly got out; looked in the back, he was gone! I spent over an hr looking for him, screaming his name, walked accross the highway to the median, to the other side and back. I walked through the wooded areas on both sides, I drove in circles...it's like he just disappeared. At that point, I had to make the most devastating decision to leave him behind. I knew that by doing that, there's no possible way that he could make it more than a couple of days as he's been an inside cat his entire life and we had a massive hurricane coming. He had all identifiers on him; No one's called, None of the shelters are responding.I've had two nissan rogues in the past. Those windows didn't go down all the way...Why did this window? They don't even manufacture nissan rogues rear windows to go down all the way. The door handle which is very costly to fix and my sweet fur baby's life ending tragically is all I can imagine. There have been other issues/concerns with this vehicle, but this one cost the life of my Piper who had so many happy years ahead of him. Sun Toyota uses fur babies in their advertisements...OMG!!! You make sure that if you're going to purchase a used vehicle from this dealership; that you get your own private inspection before you sign anything with them.
