The emergency calls 24/05 for a toilet flush stop working 🤯 have a pregnant lady at home. They were happy to send someone within few hrs. The person on the phone was so polite and understandable at a time of need. I spoke to staffs members at normal office hrs too all well polite and well mannered. The emergency at midnight with orange uniforms didn’t get his name he was friendly and polite. My toilet flush played up again😩 26/05 Ellis come to rescue he wiped his feet as he entered my property well mannered very polite fix my toilet flush and said any problem give us a shout. A big shoutout to Morgan Sindall for having such a wonderful emergency repairs staff members on handling calls and to emergency call out for repairs 👏👏👏👏Thank you for understanding time of needs.
