I would give zero stars if that was an option I pay my service charge to the council who are the freeholders of my flat in Waltham Forest. The council has contracted Morgan sindall as their maintence company.Over 18 months ago, I reported that water was coming through an electrical fitting in my living room whenever it rained. Despite this being over a year ago and there being multiple photos and videos of the damage and impact of this leak from the roof, nothing has happened and the problem is ongoing and worse than ever. I have been on maternity leave so have had time to actually call them repeatedly, however despite spending many hours of my life on hold trying to contact them, no one has been able to give me a timeline of when this serious maintenance issue will be fixed. Each person I speak to seems to have no record of previous conversations and refuses to put me through to a supervisor when they themselves cannot provide any helpful details on the case. They tell me they will ring back but never do. I think this company actually needs to be investigated by panorama or some kind of watchdog as they are simply refusing to do the work the council are contracting them to do, leaving residents and home owners with dangerous and stressful issues with their accommodation. Awful and seemingly getting away with it.
