He is 81 years old who loves his electric bike, uses it for shopping , hospital and GP appointment but getting it out of a his garage that he pays £20 per week for is almost impossible and really dangerous as he has to balance the door in one hand whilst putting up a plank of wood with the other to hold it up . Countless phone calls and emails and they promise they are going to fix it but 20 weeks later still nothing .We are still waiting ............
