We ordered a large bag of stones, delivered on a specified date, and paid for delivery with clear instructions to place the bag over our garden gate, as we couldn't move it ourselves. The issue was reported on the delivery day, and I was told it would cost more to fix the error. Months later, the bag remains where it was left, and the issue is unresolved. While the staff in-store were helpful, the follow-up customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. I share this to inform others that delivery instructions may be overlooked, and accountability may be lacking. I hope this can finally be addressed.
