Delivery Instructions Ignored

We ordered a tonne bag of stones, delivered on 27th September 2025, and paid £10 for delivery with clear instructions provided both in-store and to the driver to place the bag over our back garden gate, as we couldn't move it ourselves. On the day of delivery, I reported the issue immediately, only to be told that I would need to pay an additional £10 for the company to fix the mistake… Months have passed, and the bag remains in the same spot, with no resolution in sight. While the staff member who assisted us in-store was pleasant, the customer service afterward was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m sharing this to inform others that delivery instructions might not be adhered to, and accountability may not be taken in case of mistakes. I hope this can finally be addressed.

Rude Delivery Driver Experience

The pricing and product quality are good, and the office staff are pleasant. However, the delivery driver was extremely rude. He showed aggression and was uncooperative, making the experience uncomfortable. It is advisable to have someone present during delivery for safety, as the driver was confrontational. I felt insulted and unsafe, and my complaint was not handled appropriately by management. I appreciate the follow-up call, but my intent was simply to report the driver's behavior. Overall, I feel dissatisfied with this experience.

Delivery Instructions Not Followed, No Resolution!

We ordered a large bag of stones, delivered on a specified date, and paid for delivery with clear instructions to place the bag over our garden gate, as we couldn't move it ourselves. Consider Other Options

This company is remarkably poor in service, deserving of a review. They are highly unreliable and unprofessional. I have worked with various local businesses, but none have been as disappointing. I've since moved my orders to another supplier, which offers better quality and reliable service. This company does not take responsibility for their actions, leaving customers with unmet expectations. Given that it’s a small family operation, professionalism seems lacking.

Extremely Disappointed

If I could give fewer stars, I certainly would. I ordered materials for my fence and was missing a crucial part. When I paid, they sent only one worker without proper equipment, forcing me to help unload during my lunch break. When I called about the missing item, I was told it was too late to claim it, and they tried to blame me for not counting everything at the time. They showed no accountability for their error. I strongly advise against buying from them unless you can oversee the delivery yourself.

Incorrect Invoice and Poor Service

I received the wrong patio slabs and they denied any mistake. It took over a month to resolve. I gave them another chance and ordered gravel, receiving a quote. However, when I went to collect it, the price was increased. The owner was rude and there was a noticeable lack of customer service. This experience has been very disappointing.
