We ordered a tonne bag of stones, delivered on 27th September 2025, and paid £10 for delivery with clear instructions provided both in-store and to the driver to place the bag over our back garden gate, as we couldn't move it ourselves. On the day of delivery, I reported the issue immediately, only to be told that I would need to pay an additional £10 for the company to fix the mistake… Months have passed, and the bag remains in the same spot, with no resolution in sight. While the staff member who assisted us in-store was pleasant, the customer service afterward was dismissive and unhelpful. I’m sharing this to inform others that delivery instructions might not be adhered to, and accountability may not be taken in case of mistakes. I hope this can finally be addressed.
