This is far from a one-star experience. They promised delivery in 3-5 days, but it took nearly 3 weeks. I informed them after 5 days that I wanted to cancel, but they sent it anyway. When it arrived, it was just a rag that I wouldn't pay a penny for! They keep offering me discounts for future orders, but I've made it clear that I don't want to buy anything else.
