I wouldn't even give this site one star. Stay away! It's likely based outside of the UK. Products take around two weeks to arrive, and their quality is so poor that I wouldn't even consider giving them away. Customer support is useless; the provided email is invalid.
This is far from a one-star experience. They promised delivery in 3-5 days, but it took nearly 3 weeks. I informed them after 5 days that I wanted to cancel, but they sent it anyway. When it arrived, it was just a rag that I wouldn't pay a penny for! They keep offering me discounts for future orders, but I've made it clear that I don't want to buy anything else.

They are deceiving customers with subpar products and should be stopped. I bought a winter coat that was poorly made, the wrong size, and not at all suitable for winter. It looks nothing like what was advertised. I asked to return it, but they keep giving me ridiculous offers. They even provided an address in another country for returns, costing me £21, while the coat was supposedly £39.99. Their final offer was to refund 40% if I keep the jacket, which I declined, suggesting they donate it instead. Their practices, especially during the holiday season, are appalling.
The coat I received is nothing like what was shown on the website. I ordered a size L, but it fits like an S, and the quality is extremely poor. When I requested a refund, they refused and only offered me 30% back. Their customer service is terrible, and I would never trust them again.
Do not engage with this company. It's a scam; delivery takes forever and the item is completely different from what was advertised. When you try to return it, they ask you to ship it back to another country at a cost greater than the item itself. Even partial refund offers come with fake notifications, and you never see your money. This company is clearly up to no good.
AWFUL! You don't get what you see! I paid £50 for a coat made from the cheapest material imaginable. Other brands offer better quality for half the price. They only give you two options: pay £50 to return it or accept a ridiculous 10% refund, which is just a joke. What a scam!
Everything labeled as 'on sale' has a policy that returns won't be free. It costs £50 to return to another country, making it not worth it. The dress isn't true to size and is of bad quality. This website should be shut down for scamming customers.
