They are deceiving customers with subpar products and should be stopped. I bought a winter coat that was poorly made, the wrong size, and not at all suitable for winter. It looks nothing like what was advertised. I asked to return it, but they keep giving me ridiculous offers. They even provided an address in another country for returns, costing me £21, while the coat was supposedly £39.99. Their final offer was to refund 40% if I keep the jacket, which I declined, suggesting they donate it instead. Their practices, especially during the holiday season, are appalling.
