Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I raised concerns that my parcel was taking a very long time to arrive and that my tracking information hadnt updated in a few weeks. I was fobbed off, being told I should expect delays because it's a busy time of year. I contacted customer service several times about this, eventually ringing DPD myself, who told me the parcel had been misplaced. I contacted customer service again, clearly they had not made any effort to enquire about my parcel with dpd. I asked for a refund for the parcel that I didn't receive multiple times and was denied one due to them not receiving the parcel back. How would you expect someone to return a parcel they never received. I am no currently out over £200 for a parcel I have never received...completely unacceptable! The handling of the whole situation has been extremely unprofessional!
