We had two wood burners fitted into our two inglenook fireplaces in our 400 year old home; one 30 years ago and the other 10 years later. Both were installed by Morley.We decided to replace one of these for a more up-to-date, more efficient model. Once again we have used Morley. The sound and expert advice given us prior to installation and the skill and knowledge of the actual installation team is just as good now as it was 30 years ago.To all the Morley Stove team --Thank you.Mr and Mrs Lavis
Excellent service from start to finish. The fitters did a fantastic job — professional, efficient, and clearly very skilled. The installation was carried out to a high standard, and the stove looks absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend this company.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I raised concerns that my parcel was taking a very long time to arrive and that my tracking information hadnt updated in a few weeks. I was fobbed off, being told I should expect delays because it's a busy time of year. I contacted customer service several times about this, eventually ringing DPD myself, who told me the parcel had been misplaced. I contacted customer service again, clearly they had not made any effort to enquire about my parcel with dpd. I asked for a refund for the parcel that I didn't receive multiple times and was denied one due to them not receiving the parcel back. How would you expect someone to return a parcel they never received. I am no currently out over £200 for a parcel I have never received...completely unacceptable! The handling of the whole situation has been extremely unprofessional!
Bought a log burner and had it fitted in January the stove had chips in it, came and painted it. The fire didn’t draw, thought it was the chimney but finally found out it wasn’t fitted properly, too close to the wall and the chimney set the carbon monoxide alarm off. The men who came out did a good job but there has never been any apology or recognition from Morley. Wouldn’t recommend
What a wonderful morning spent with Morley Stoves and the wonderful Richard Maggs demonstrating Everhot and Aga stoves. Just great to see a consummate professional in practice. Picked up great tips and tricks which keeps my love for my precious Aga alive. I bought mine a year ago from Morley Stoves. Nicola and the team made it so easy by answering our hundreds of questions and finally ordering it. I also did my research with regards to pricing and Morley Stoves came out on top always. Recently bought an Ooni Koda 16 pizza oven. Fast delivery. It came 2 days quicker than expected, which was nice. It was by far the cheapest that I have found this pizza oven. Around £50-£100 cheaper than most places. Great experience.
