I struggle to make the payment, every time your late on a payment, you have to completely re-sign a new contract, and they harass you every day until you make the payment. I have even made a payment, to still get a call by someone wanting a payment. You can tell they are all working from home in their underwear when you talk with them, it always feels like you've woke someone up out of bed when you call them, like they haven't had their morning coffee yet and they are slightly grumpy for having to take the call, but they have no problem calling or messaging you, if you miss a payment, they become no different than a collection agency, calling every day, leaving messages every day. I went to these people to get some help with my debt, I did not expect to suddenly have the stress of someone calling me every day wanting something I cannot give. Ask AI how to handle your debt, as it turns out you do not need a company like this. You don't have to pay a "for profit" debt management company for what a "non-profit credit counseling company" can do for free, save your money!
My credit score has dropped over 200 points I don’t get anymore updates I’m 5 months in and have only received a call log to log my calls from creditors, who can seriously do that, and a couple texts saying they have contacted my creditors and they know I’m being represented by them, I will stick with this for the 2 yrs i committed to but I will pray it works out well for me as of right now I am on the fence about all this but have read some good reviews that make me feel good and some bad ones that don’t make me feel so good about all this! I understand it takes time but in the mean time it actually feels like it is hurting me and I am nervous about all this was hoping for some peace of mind and that’s not happening yet! Also worries me that when they are taking out of my account almost every month my bank seems to think it’s fraud!
