Lesson learned -when you have an accident which is clearly not your fault take the tried and tested route of taking a hit with the excess, and not to go through a route where you take an agreement out for a hire car...with the possibility of going to court! A nightmare from the very the very beginning, however as we were on this path already OCL were amazing - they explained things along the way and were great at communication in an area we knew very little about. I had an accident where I was not at fault. The third party insurers were awful to work with and tried to take me to court but OCL managed to fight them. The communication was good and I was kept up to date and everyone was so kind. I would recommend OCL to anyone.
Sophie was very good at keeping me in the loop and kept everything up to date.
If I had any issues she would call me or email me with a response/answers.
