I ordered three different items, and while 2 out of 3 arrived without any issues, the most expensive one was sent to the wrong address. The delivery service even provided a photo showing it wasn't delivered to my home. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach anyone for help as the automated system was unhelpful. I have sent three emails to the support team but haven't received any replies, and there's no phone number available. It seems others have had better experiences, but mine was not as fortunate.
