I've had an awful time trying to order from this website. After about 8 attempts of trying to place an order, it finally started to process the order and asked me to approve the payment on my online banking app, which I did...I was then right back where I started on the order page. Terrible customer journey. Hire a CX person or journey mapper because this was awful and makes me think this company isn't worth it... which is a shame because I really wanted to try the products!
