Review Time
I love morrocanoil products but their customer service is a disgrace and for that reason I will never be ordering from them again.I placed an order worth £60 on the 7th March I have still not received this order, it's now the 23rd March. I contacted their customer service which took nearly a week to come back to me and ask did I want the items sent urgently or a refund. I still want the items as I love their products. However, every time I try to reply to the email and make them aware I would still like the order my email bounces back undelivered because the recipient has rejected the email. I have no other way of contacting them. I paid my direct debit so will be contacting my bank on Monday to see if they can do anything. I feel like I have been robbed of my hard earned cash my a company that should be honest and reliable.
I've had an awful time trying to order from this website. After about 8 attempts of trying to place an order, it finally started to process the order and asked me to approve the payment on my online banking app, which I did...I was then right back where I started on the order page. Terrible customer journey. Hire a CX person or journey mapper because this was awful and makes me think this company isn't worth it... which is a shame because I really wanted to try the products!
