Where do I start.? Applied for employment with Morsons for a start at a local business. I thankfully (as it now turns out) got handed to Jordan who introduced himself and the company and explained he would act as a handler of my application..The process to gain employment became quite protracted, incidently none of this had been due to Jordan just the way this company operates. Every step of the way Jordan guided me on this journey without any issues whatsoever. Until the conclusion in sucessfully achieving employment. Started work through Morsons late last year and the team at marine trades were very helpful in guiding me through the initial stages of my contract. I've only dealth with agencys a little in my past but none of them compared to the care I recieved like I have from Morson, from the small things such as little text messages wishing me all the best on my first day to doing the same after my first week, I'm 5 weeks in now and still they're on the end of the phone when I ring them saying its nice to hear from me and asking how I'm getting on with a genuine care, it feels like they're not just trying to fill holes in companys with people but they want you excell and they support you with that.
I have been with Morson at HMNB Devonport Plymouth for 14 months now and the team headed by Paul White have been available, understanding, friendly and efficient in dealing with my questions in a timely manner and resolving issues (not of Morson making) with real commitment and efficiency.
