Absolutely rubbish company, send them your order and get some cheap rubbish delivered from Hong Kong that doesn’t work.
Service is non existent.!!
I had made an order mid November for thermal waterproof trousers they didn’t arrive till mid December, 4 weeks & it was the wrong item I asked for refund they totally ignored my request for refund & sent another item still unsuitable & not fit for purpose . Still no refund to date.
Do not touch this company if you have any sense, there bad news.
I ordered 2 products in through one payment. On the 23rd or January 2026, I still Haven't received my order. Today is 31st January 2026 nearly 2 weeks of wait. I am disappointed at this OrthopulseUK. Never any UK store would take this long. I have never experienced a long wait. So this is my last time purchasing from here. I ordered a belt for my Pelvic pain. Due to my Scoliosis.
Just awful.- Products arrive in smashed up packing.- Products don't do what they are meant to.- Customer service awful.They try every trick in the book to avoid refunding youa) demand an independent report for an £11 item!b) won't pay return postage for faulty itemsc) simply ignore you, or bounceback your messages.Being stubborn (it's just £11) I didn't want them to get away with it but they did. However, my credit card company did refund me.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM (and some protection software now blocks their website as a scam).
I ordered a Dermalift Ultrasonic Facial Massager which arrived with very poor instructions. After the appliance failed to charge I contacted customer services by email. They asked me to send a video of the appliance highlighting the problem which I did. They then offered a total refund and asked me to contact them if it hadn't arrived within 10 days. I contacted them after 2 weeks as I hadn't been refunded. They promised to initiate a refund 'by hand'. I've waited another 2 weeks and have still not been refunded. The initial email I received was in German so I had to use Google translate, subsequent emails have been in English. I am about to write yet another email to them and will let them know that I've written a review on Trustpilot about their abysmal customer service and faulty product.
I purchased a smart watch, the button broke on the side of it and now it doesn't function. Due to it being out of the 30 days return they will not send a replacement. They suggested I go to a shop to get it done. I definitely know there are not any shops like this near me. Very unhappy with the over all experience
Complete scammers. Ordered a gluco watch to arrive in time for Christmas. Apparently the “delivery courier” attempted delivery - I have cctv proving no one tried to deliver. Emails sent twice at which point I opened a dispute with my credit card company. They then suddenly emailed saying that they didn’t receive any emails and claimed I’d refused it (why would I refuse it and then send an email to ask where my order was). So moral of the story is please check reviews before buying off the websites especially before Christmas
I would rate zero if it was an option and ‘misled the consumer’ which is not permitted. Gloves were NOT at all as described and did not serve the purpose for which they were intended to help my mother with Raynauds Disease where heated gloves could help her.
