Unacceptable service from start to finish. The advisor was pleasant initially, claiming we were approved for a mortgage of 250k and suggesting a call to discuss. We scheduled a call that week, but he never reached out. After multiple calls and emails, he still hasn’t responded. We were genuinely concerned for his well-being, as if he had disappeared. When we contacted another advisor to check on his status, we learned he was still employed, and our approval was on record, but he had no access to further details. The other advisor assured us he would have our original advisor call the next day, but, predictably, that call never happened.
