Very disappointing experience. The advisor was friendly initially and informed us we were approved for a mortgage of 250k, suggesting we arrange a call to discuss further. We set up a time to talk that week, but he never contacted us. After numerous calls and emails, he still hasn't responded. We were genuinely concerned about his well-being, as it seemed like he had vanished. When we spoke to another advisor to check if he was still employed there, we were told he was indeed still with the company, and our approval was on record, but he couldn’t access any additional information. The other advisor promised he would have our original advisor reach out the following day, but, unsurprisingly, that call never came.
Outstanding service. The representative guided us through every detail and found the best mortgage tailored to our needs, explaining everything clearly. We didn’t have to lift a finger; the representative handled everything for us, making it a completely stress-free experience. Thank you!

This was my first experience with the team, and they were absolutely outstanding! They removed all the hassle and worked tirelessly to secure the best deal for me. The entire process felt quite complex, but working with them alleviated all the stress. They kept me informed every step of the way, and the communication was seamless. They found me an excellent deal. I would highly recommend this service to everyone.
Terrible experience from beginning to end. The advisor was noticeably rude upon hearing my accent, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. Once she learned I had a large deposit, her demeanor changed, and she pretended to be helpful. It felt insincere. She requested an excessive amount of documents, including years of bank statements, multiple payslips, and various forms of ID, all before confirming if she could assist me. After wasting my time, she informed me they couldn’t help. I went to another broker and was approved immediately with a high street bank, without any negative attitude or unnecessary document requests. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid this service.
My experience with the representative was the highlight of my first-time home purchase! My conveyancers were a nightmare, but obtaining my mortgage was quick, smooth, and hassle-free from start to finish. The representative was incredibly responsive, patient, and kind, keeping me calm throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her highly enough!
