Terrible experience from beginning to end. The advisor was noticeably rude upon hearing my accent, dismissive, and uninterested in helping. Once she learned I had a large deposit, her demeanor changed, and she pretended to be helpful. It felt insincere. She requested an excessive amount of documents, including years of bank statements, multiple payslips, and various forms of ID, all before confirming if she could assist me. After wasting my time, she informed me they couldn’t help. I went to another broker and was approved immediately with a high street bank, without any negative attitude or unnecessary document requests. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid this service.
