I have had several calls with their advisors about mortages and protection. They are very patient and explain things carefully. They never talked down to me and I always felt they had my best interest at heart. They also were easy to contact if I had any queries or problems. I particularly rate Riaan's advice and care highly. The online dashboard is also efficient for uploading key docs in the mortgage application process.
