Very disappointing experience. The advisor was friendly initially and informed us we were approved for a mortgage of 250k, suggesting we arrange a call to discuss further. We set up a time to talk that week, but he never contacted us. After numerous calls and emails, he still hasn't responded. We were genuinely concerned about his well-being, as it seemed like he had vanished. When we spoke to another advisor to check if he was still employed there, we were told he was indeed still with the company, and our approval was on record, but he couldn’t access any additional information. The other advisor promised he would have our original advisor reach out the following day, but, unsurprisingly, that call never came.
