Did not like working with them when they were Morgage Solution. They changed their name and migrated Colorado mortgages to new name under MSF Solutions (same website listed on trust pilot). Their website for customers is very limited, forcing you to call in for even small things which means you’ll be on hold for at least 20 minutes before talking to a person. I contacted them on 8/16 answered all their questions and was told next steps someone would call me back. 3.5 weeks later nothing sat on hold again today when I spoke to a new person they informed me what I was told was wrong and I’d have to start over to get help.
