Not a paid actor . I woke up in my own home thanks to this company. I was denied by two other lenders because of 5 year old credit debt . I did not think it was possible to own a home . I seen the ads on Facebook and was skeptical. Is the company perfect no . But I was able to close on my home in 33 days ! So grateful.
My husband and I want to share our experience to let others know there is someone who can help when everyone else has turned you away. From our very first call, the representative provided us with hope, direction, and a clear path to home ownership. His initial words were filled with assurance, saying he could assist us! This service is incredibly disappointing. Communication is a struggle, and when it happens, it's often unhelpful. We missed two closing times because of forgotten paperwork, leading to last-minute chaos. We were assured of closing the same night, but it ended up being the next day after missing the initial time. Despite having a closing scheduled the night before, they failed to send the necessary paperwork to the title company until the following day, causing us to wait two hours past the rescheduled time. There was a constant disconnect; the representative would provide one piece of information while the realtor received something entirely different, leaving everyone confused.

Processing took so long that the closing date passed, and I lost my deposit due to their inefficiency. The costs were grossly underestimated, and the interest rate was unexpectedly high, leading me to cancel the deal without any follow-up from the team.
After my wife passed away, I reached out to the service for assistance with my payments due to unexpected funeral expenses. I called twice seeking a forbearance or a one-month payment postponement, but was denied assistance because I wasn't overdue. I was trying to manage my finances responsibly before it became a bigger issue. It was frustrating to be treated poorly as a loyal customer during such a difficult time.
Avoid this company at all costs. I've been struggling for years to get straightforward answers from them. Payments are missing, and my account seems to be mishandled. I'm considering legal action to keep my house, as they appear to exploit VA loans. They show no care and seem to thrive on others' misfortunes. It's baffling why they wonder about the backlash they receive.
After seeing an advertisement, I decided to seek pre-approval for a loan. The promise of no FICO score requirements intrigued me. Initially, the service was responsive and helpful, but after submitting my application and a detailed explanation letter, communication dwindled. Despite my attempts to follow up, my contact became unresponsive, leaving me feeling ignored. I can only assume I was not approved without any professional courtesy to inform me. I plan to seek another mortgage company in the future.
