Horrible company to do business with. My first time buying a home and I have to say, it’s the very worst experience purchasing anything in my life.The employees (Stephanie @ Raleigh) are rude on the phone, when asked to provide information be ready to do it several times because they are not organized, my closing date got pushed causing to ruin my wedding date because I was supposed to be out of town and no one even bothered to can me and notify about this. This company is the very worst I’ve ever dealt with, on closing date the attorney asked if I’ve heard from my lender that they have left message after message with zero return calls. The home builder the next day tells me the same thing, I call the company and after many tries I get through and guess what, they denied everything. So I guess the attorney and the home builder is lying right? Wrong. They also stole money from my closing credit that was left over, this company should be taken to court, at the very least they should go out of business. I urge you to read their BBB profile, you will see what I’m talking about. Horrible Company!!!
