This service is incredibly disappointing. Communication is a struggle, and when it happens, it's often unhelpful. We missed two closing times because of forgotten paperwork, leading to last-minute chaos. We were assured of closing the same night, but it ended up being the next day after missing the initial time. Despite having a closing scheduled the night before, they failed to send the necessary paperwork to the title company until the following day, causing us to wait two hours past the rescheduled time. There was a constant disconnect; the representative would provide one piece of information while the realtor received something entirely different, leaving everyone confused.
