The representative was exceptional. Always prompt, she brought a sense of calm, competence, and organization that we desperately needed. Our experience with the sale and the chain was challenging, leading to stress and frustration, but it was reassuring to know that the representative and the company were attentive and ready to proceed. Should I need an estate agent again, I would definitely consider this company to represent us. (The gift basket was a nice touch as well.)
