Some agents accompanying viewers seemed uninformed, which may have led to lost sales, while others were quite competent. The photos were satisfactory but could have been improved to enhance the sale. Ultimately, we sold the property after a significant price reduction, which did not meet our initial marketing expectations. Nevertheless, the agents were consistently helpful and friendly.
