I am so disgusted with this company. I have had several email exchanges where it was established I was entitled to a refund and I have not received it and now I am being ignored. This is a copy of my most recent email. Do not buy from this company ever. Dear Jocelyn,Thank you for your email.I am formally rejecting the proposed 40% refund. This offer is not acceptable and does not align with the returns policy stated on your website at the time of purchase.As previously communicated, the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, which according to your published policy entitles me to a full refund. No subscription was knowingly agreed to at checkout, and I did not provide informed consent to recurring charges.Your assertion that a partial refund is the “final resolution” is incorrect. Consumer rights cannot be overridden by internal policy decisions, particularly where your own website states otherwise. I am therefore requesting confirmation that you will process a full refund in accordance with your stated terms.If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with the appropriate next steps, which may include escalation through my payment provider and submitting a formal complaint, as well as leaving an honest public review reflecting my experience.Please confirm within 7 days that you will honour your policy and issue a full refund.Regards,Dr Sharon
