Really unhappy. Placed one order and then they sent another bottle 4 months later and charged me for it.
I have tried contacting them with no reply.
Product is average. Customer service is non-existant. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE.
This website is a scam because they signed you up for an automatic subscription and then they don’t give you an alert before they fulfill your next one and then they refuse to cancel or refund
I am so disgusted with this company. I have had several email exchanges where it was established I was entitled to a refund and I have not received it and now I am being ignored. This is a copy of my most recent email. Do not buy from this company ever. Dear Jocelyn,Thank you for your email.I am formally rejecting the proposed 40% refund. This offer is not acceptable and does not align with the returns policy stated on your website at the time of purchase.As previously communicated, the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, which according to your published policy entitles me to a full refund. No subscription was knowingly agreed to at checkout, and I did not provide informed consent to recurring charges.Your assertion that a partial refund is the “final resolution” is incorrect. Consumer rights cannot be overridden by internal policy decisions, particularly where your own website states otherwise. Unfortunately I bought one bottle to try it out and never subscribed or created a profile on their website. It turns out that I have a profile on their website with my full address that I can't delete, no payment option and the status of the subscription appears as "cancelled" but they keep charging and sending me their product since June. This constitutes unauthorized access, fraudulent billing, and a violation of consumer protection and data privacy laws.
A single purchase somehow turned into a subscription. I finally tracked down a customer service email and requested to cancel the subscription. Was told it was cancelled and there would be no further charges. A month later, I was charged again. I sought a refund and was told I would get no refund and that I could update my account settings to cancel. I am reporting the charge as fraud to my credit card company and have the email receipts to prove it.
