I wish there was a minus or no star review button!I also wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the drops, which were ineffectual, no sudden burst of energy or health to report.My biggest gripe is the total lack of customer service.I also apparently subscribed, and out of the blue, with no prior email, received an email saying thank you for your payment, your next order is on the way.I immediately replied I didn't want it, please cancel the order. I was told as it was a perishable item - there would be no refund.I replied saying it probably has not even come off the shelf yet, let alone had the shrink wrap unsealed - why couldn't I have a refund! Got the same reply back from a differnt person or AI or who knows,Sixteen (16) whole days later I received my order.In my opinion - plenty of time to cancel the order!!The fact that there was no prior email warning me that my next order was imminent - giving me the option to postpone or cancel is terrible customer service in itself, without the rest.Trying to find where to unsubsricbe and remove my payment details was another battle!Be warned - stay away from this dodgy company
