I subscribe for the vitamins drops - which is basically sugar syrup. i cancelled the subscription on Oct 1 2025 via email to customer service - they tried to have me pause instead of cancelling. i insisted on cancelling. on nov 7 i get a notification of shipment ready to be sent. i contacted them about my cancellation of the subscription -customer service insist that the shipment was process ed before i cancelled the subscription and refused to refund. and insist on mailing the product. They dont refund for product return only give store credit - they are frauds. please be careful ordering from them. i am contesting with my bank. What a hassle !!
