I ordered an item but had to return it as it didn’t fit. I initiated the return within the allowed time and paid £56.95 to send it back. The parcel was held at U.S. Customs due to an import duty that only the company could pay. I reached out multiple times via email and chat to inform them and request action before the customs deadline, but they failed to respond in time. DHL eventually returned the parcel to me nearly six weeks later. The company did pay the duty, but it was too late, and my return was rejected. Now, I’m being charged for an item I don’t want, despite following all return instructions. I've had to deal with multiple companies and received little help from the company’s customer service. I recommend avoiding international orders unless you're sure you won’t need to return anything.
