After my glasses broke, I ordered a new front to fix them without wasting my lenses. To my surprise, the new front had larger lens slots, making my old lenses unusable. I contacted them and was asked to send the glasses in for repair. Upon receiving them back, they were in terrible condition—the temple was flattened, the frame didn’t fit, and the lenses were loose. Now, I’ve lost my money on both the frame and lenses. Their customer service and repair processes are extremely poor, especially given the high prices.
