I received confirmation that my order would ship on December 11, 2026, but I never got any tracking information. I reached out several times between December 12 and December 30 without any response. On December 30, I was informed that there was a stock shortage, while the company continued to promote the product on social media. I understand how the drop shipping industry works, but ignoring customer inquiries is completely unacceptable. Moreover, advertising "fast shipping" and "get it before the holidays" when it’s clear that it cannot be fulfilled is misleading.
