I received confirmation my order would ship on December 11, 2026, but I never received tracking details. I reached out multiple times between December 12 and December 30, but got no replies. On December 30, I received an email stating there was a stock shortage, while the company still promoted the product online. I know how drop shipping works, but ignoring customer inquiries is unacceptable. Furthermore, claiming "fast shipping" and "get it before the holidays" on your website is misleading when it's evident that delivery isn’t feasible.

I ordered two items for Valentine’s Day on February 6. As of February 12, they still haven't shipped, despite paying for express shipping. The contact number on their website is non-functional. To make things worse, they didn’t clarify the shipping timeline, even when I specifically asked in an email. A terrible experience overall.
This is a total scam. I ordered two items on a Sunday and immediately sent a cancellation email as per their website guidelines after seeing negative reviews and finding the same product for half the price elsewhere. I followed up with several emails daily, but received no response. The contact number listed on their site is non-functional. After a month, I received the items and emailed them to return for a refund, but again received no reply. Weeks later, they finally responded from a different email asking for information. I provided all necessary details, but after two weeks of silence, I am left with an $80 loss.
I placed an order in early December, and it arrived damaged. After six weeks of emailing the company, I was initially told I would receive a replacement for my order (three items). The replacement never arrived, and Christmas passed without my kids receiving their items. Despite numerous emails and providing the same information repeatedly, I was promised a refund that never came. I have been misled multiple times! I am out $125, have no product for my kids, and no refund! I contacted them via social media and am still waiting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
